When you see this problem, can you post the bottom line of the page where it shows the queries and page generation time? For example, "Generated in 0.016 seconds in which 0.003 seconds were spent on a total of 9 queries." If you can do that and also post the date and time, when I return I can dig through the logs and see if we're experiencing any server issues.
