The entire project took less than 15 minutes (and following my instructions should take you even less time), and it was dead easy! I never even had to refer to "Help", because what you want to do is pretty intuitive.
I'll just add step 4a: I forgot to check, but you may be able to expand the time bar into smaller increments by hovering your cursor over the waveform and side-scrolling.
