Can I add a 'Keep These' mailbox at the top level? When I go to add mailbox, it only gives me the option to add a mailbox under each account.
Remember iOS does not have a file system
per se. All files end up embedded in the application package and in the case of Mail must be associated with a given email account. However, you could do it on your Mac using a folder
