If you right click on an email account in the IN BOX, you should get a drop down menu with the last item being 'Get Account Info'.

I've always used command-I to call up that pane...never realized that control-click does it too, and I was pretty miffed when I found that command-I no longer worked in Yosemite.
The new Great Equalizer is the SEND button.
