The reports from Tianjin sound very similar to the 2013 events in the small town of West, Texas when the local fertilizer factory blew up and 15 people were killed, more than 160 injured, and more than 150 buildings were damaged or destroyed including the West Elementary school next door to the fertilizer factory.
