I would have guessed that any USB 2 to IDE drive adaptor cable would suffice. I see that Amazon lists a few?
(I'm trying to think how many years ago it was that I threw away all my Zip drives and one and two Gb Jaz drives, because they were worthless. Those 2 Gb Jaz drives were over £50 each!)
