B&H has an amazing stock and generally great prices. (AppleCare for my MBP is $244 v $349 from Apple.) Ask them for a catalog, and be prepared to spend a day or two with it.

Edit: B&H is the first website of its type that I've run across: It's owned by orthodox Jews and is closed on the Sabbath, etc. (You can browse, but you can't buy 'til after sunset.)
