This is one of the many Apple Knowledge Base pages which don't load in Safari 8, but you may be able to view it in your version of Safari. (I opened it in Firefox.)
A lot of these links now break because Apple insists on knowing your locale. Append "?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US" (or whatever is appropriate for you) to the URL, as I've done
here, and it works. Once it works, it gets cached somewhere (probably in a cookie), and continues to work without a specified locale.
