There is the incompatibility of utilities such as Cocktail, Onyx, TinkerTool System, Drive Genius, and TechTool, but that was to be expected so I don't count them. has been updated for SL compatibility. Drive Genius has been updated for some degree of SL compatibility but I can't say more than is in that link.
