Little Snitch is not involved with the transactions other than that it may flag them if they haven't already been allowed by you or the System. In theory you could use LS to stop Spotlight from phoning home, but unchecking the options listed above seems easier and leaves potentially necessary and not privacy-sensitive connections intact.
