So why not go back to OWC and tell them that Apple tested your RAM and it failed? They are a good company and will probably send out replacement RAM prior to receiving the old ones back.

Of course, the RAM may not be the source of your problems, but you gotta start somewhere. Bad chips could cause a host of problems and your woes are quite varied.
