I found your "it shut down link" last night, and the first time I clicked on it today I saw the same thing I saw last night, but now, about 10 minutes later, I get a "504 Gateway Time-out" error.

I guess what we saw does mean that the site has shut down. (I've seen similar things before and not know how how to interpret them, and I'm not really sure what led you to your conclusion.)
