No. There was nothing there when I started looking into the problem. I installed some plugins there as part of my troubleshooting, but nothing that hadn't been in /Library/Internet Plug-Ins before, and it didn't make a difference.
PS, MacScan didn't find anything beyond some tracking cookies. Removal, once again, didn't make any difference.
