Either Apple is serving up different pages in different circumstances (depending on one's hardware, or geographic location, or some other variable), or the page you screen-captured has been unrevised again...
One of those could be the answer. I know that, when Douglas started the thread, I still did not have notification that there was a security update (I checked when the issue was posted). Geographically, I'm not too far north of him but there is a border between us. Maybe it's sitting in Cyber Customs
