Something sounds odd in those numbers; the 7.5 and 16.84 don't jive. (7.5 s/b 750, maybe?) Nope. The test numbers are correct and I went to the ISP to double-check what is offered for the service I purchase (They have about 6 levels) and it's correct. The download page showed a coloured band indicating my service and a graphical line showing actual download speed. The line was above the coloured band. Maybe they're doing this as some sort of promotion.
