I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, apologies if not.
I have been using this site,
http://ip-address-lookup-v4.com/, to post complaints about the most egregious spam emails that I get. After you enter the IP address there is a form at the bottom of the page to fill out information.
No trouble on Monday entering complaint information. On Tuesday when I went to the site and entered and IP address the complaint form does not show up. I see other complaints being filed so I am assuming something changed on my system but can't figure out what it would be.
I get the same results using Safari 5.1.2 and Firefox 8.0.1. I've tried disabling my Safari Extensions and also most plug-ins but the complaint form does not show up.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Can anyone else access the complaint form on this website?
