Interesting. I checked Excel Help for the various keyboard shortcuts, and F14 doesn't feature there at all. A search for Control+F14 yields a bunch of returns based on Control, not F14. But when I used the Control+F14 combo in Excel, I got exactly the the arrow key response you described. Go figure.
