The default for keyboard arrow keys in Excel is that they allow cell-by-cell navigation in the direction of whichever arrow is selected.
My keyboard has changed. The arrow keys now move the entire sheet the distance of a row or a column, on each arrow key entry, depending which arrow is used. That is, if I selected cell R23 and pressed the up arrow, cell R23 remains highlighted but the entire sheet moves.
This has started happening since I used TechTool Pro to run some routine tests so I assume it has reset something. Any ideas on what I would do to restore the default settings?
