Is no one take note of what I pointed out above?
The option exists to make the document (~ pdf file) "read only". So, unless the recipient has the same user account as you on his/her computer, that should take care of the issue.
(And, if you wish, you can also make the file "read only" for yourself.

Where exactly? Which program? Preview.app?
I don't see that option anywhere in there yet.
So you guarantee that no one else can
copy text from it, when opened on
their computer? (a Windows PC perhaps... which might be used by a person who owns Adobe Acrobat Pro).
