Actually, I think ryck had it right. One boots
from a particular volume or device, and boots
into a particular OS or mode. Check these Google searches to see what I mean:
You're correct as relates to ryck's words,
"reboot from the drive that has the system and Super Duper," but he hasn't got a
drive that's got OS X and SD, rather he's got a
partition on a drive that's got them, so his intention is to
"reboot into the partition...," and that's what I reacted to.
Edit: In other words, I should have said "You 'reboot
from into the
drive partition that has the system and Super Duper....'"
