If you do a Get Info on a .eml file (or control-click it and select Open With), what does it say?
It says open in Mail. So I switched it to Firefox (as default for that type of file), selected change all that type files, and tried opening it. At which point everything went berserk: It opened up (empty) every single file on my computer; I hadto force quit and restore Firefox. Not very auspicious. Now I have clear all these open docs off my Desktop.
