I want to modify the Normal template. According to Word Help, I open a document from the Standard Toolbar, then go the Library and find Normal template (Normal.dotm), double-click on same, make the requisite changes (eg, justified text), save and close.
Well, that doesn't work.
At the point of saving, it turns out to be just another Word document which gets saved to the Desktop and nothing changes in the Normal template.
Either I'm doing something wrong or the program is.
Anybody got any experience with this?
