As you said in your link, the location is ~/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash\ Player/macromedia.com/support/flashplayer/sys/settings.sol
Wow, that's convoluted. No wonder I didn't find it. Since Adobe makes FP, I went under the erroneous impression that it would be listed under Adobe, not Macromedia. I never would have thought to look there. Leave it to Adobe to make things "interesting".
