It took three weeks and three e-mails to get a rise out of them aboout
DiskWarrior Automatic Diagnostics, and it's been 8 days since I sent them the log for which they asked.
I must say, though, that they were responsive when I contacted them about an earlier (still unresolved after three years) issue.
