If I launch TurboTax Deluxe 2010 and immediately look at my Safari cookies I can watch as the cookies I've deleted during my current Safari session reappear after a few seconds,
They're probably cached somewhere. The problem lies in
"during my current Safari session". To truly delete the cookies, Safari must be quit [quitted?] and then relaunched. Even though it's slightly flawed and out of date, i've had good luck with Cocoa Cookies... but again, i quit Safari before running it.
