Jon, The developer did not respond at all! My guess is that my comments that it took three attempts to get the program to correctly install and that just might indicate a flaw in the program, and not some inept actions on the part of the person trying to use the program, was not the comment they wanted to hear. I am not an expert by any means, but I have been using a Mac of some sort for 19 years and one reason I continue is that programs are easy to put into a Mac and easy to take out. This was not the case here, and there really is no action on the part of the computer operator at home that would screw up the installation. You click on the little blue button and watch it install! That's it. I still think there is a bug here. Dave
