For me, the deal breaker is Outlook. If I ever decide to buy Office 2011, I will get the home edition (it doesn't have Outlook) and continue to use Entourage. Here are is the gist of Pogue's comments about Outlook:

[…it…] freezes during “syncing” (sending or receiving e-mail). Many of the tools and commands in Entourage have been removed, […like…] Resend, Edit Message, Cleanup Text, Redirect, and […the option to use…] Word’s keyboard shortcuts. New bugs appeared, […breaking…] Outlook’s AutoComplete […among many other things…].
