Version 2.8.5 of
PithHelmet is now out, compatible with Safari 4.x and above.
Unfortunately I can't get it to install on my MDD Power Mac running Tiger 10.4.11. When I launch the PithHelmet 4.x installer, it puts up a dialog box that says "Incompatible Safari Version. The version of PithHelmet is only compatible with Safari 4.x.x."
No amount of pleading or cajoling the installer seems to convince it that I am indeed running Safari 4.0.3. Strange. Perhaps it requires Leopard as well?
