OK...
  • While booted into a different SL volume
  • I restored my main SL volume
  • From a 25Gb volume to a 200Gb volume
  • With the "Erase..." box checked.
The progress bar showed that a block-level copy was done.

find_sl_damaged_files returned no errors.
