I used to get the little sound noise, when clicked send in MAIL. Gone, any idea how get it back, thanks!

I have two thoughts:

1. Go to Mail > Preferences > General and check the box that says "Play sounds for other mail actions".
2. Go to System Preferences > Sound > Sound Effects and adjust the Output volume. The outgoing Mail sound is fairly faint to begin with, so you may have to punch up the volume.

On iphone, mail, can't find preference in there do you have screenshot?

I found Sound and Haptics, and then after that I don't see sound effects.

My apologies, kevs. I should have realized that you were using iOS, not macOS. My suggestions apply only to macOS.

Thanks any idea on getting that send sound on iphone back? (I never hear sounds on desktop)

Try Settings > Mail > Notifications > Allow Notifications and Settings > Mail > Notifications > Allow Notifications > Sounds

Thanks Joe, turned off, I do not want to get sounds when an email comes in. Can't stand that, go crazy.

But do like the sound when I send... Possible?

Maybe with another email app, but as far as I know in Mail it is all or nothing.
