Apple hourly workers feel helpless under punishing pressure & mistreatment Apple may try to appear to be a benign company but there seem to be some dissenting opinions.

Aside from the working conditions and pay, I note that one employee complained: "Customers are aggressive and rude." I believe that is something endemic to the retail sector and which I never understood. Who the hell are those customers who think they are somehow "better" than the person helping them? It doesn't take much to say: "Thanks for your help. I appreciate it" and it would go a long way to making someone else's day a bit better.
