While I personally believe every legally cast ballot should count, the current higher judicial perspective seems to be that judges should not interfere in rules established by state legislative bodies. Minnesota's legislature set a deadline and it is not for the judges to tamper with that, even if there is a pandemic going on or it just "makes plain sense" or that the Supreme Court tampered in 2000 (cf. Gore vs. Bush and Florida).

I take solace in the fact that Dred Scott is no longer the law of the land, times change, people change; we just have to survive long enough to benefit from the changes.

Update: As I write this it is too early to know the outcome. Your Vote = Your Voice. If you don't vote, you can't complain.
