USB Overdrive and Logitech keyboard

In USB Overdrive, if I choose Any Keyboard, then hit the plus sign, I get the disclaimer about USB overdrive not recognizing every device. But if I click the Status option, then my PC Logitech keyboard is listed and is recognized.

Why can't I can program my keyboard with USB Overdrive if it seems to recognize the keyboard? I've done some Googling and I've seen others get their keyboards to work with USB Overdrive. Logitech is so ubiquitous, what's the problem?

Allesandro has always been pretty good about responding to users and you can contact him at usboverdrive.com. I suspect the reason is Logitech has always had a tendency to march to their own drummer and is often not quite standard.
