An apprentice did web page for me an inserted a right arrow. I asked how it was done, and she sent this link, but it must be for windows?

She said Alt 26, does not work, Is there a webpage like this for Mac?

In Sierra (at least), control-command-space calls up a pane that includes arrows as an item listing in its left column.
