OP kevs Joined: Dec 2009	I just copied images 7.37 GB that a friend sent on a CF card 1400 images. I deleted about 3/4 of the images down to about 350. The folder now says in the finder 7.53 GB. I emptied trash, and rebooted, and it still says it's 7.53GB. Any one know what this is going on? Thanks.

Deleted images in the iiCloud Photos library hang around for up to thirty days before they are completely removed. That would be reflected in the Library on your Mac.
