At 10:20 Central time Jan 27, 2016 through 10:40 I kept getting repeated UBB Messages ... and forum response was agonizingly slow. Could this be related to the slowdown issues?
I was using the forums around that time period and noticed nothing awry. I don't know if that helps to narrow things down with this issue.
