Just installed OS 10.6, immediately got the update to 10.6.1, ran Disk utility to repair permissions and everything is working fine so far.
HP 7180 all in one printer----no problem. The whole setup "feels" faster. I'm on Mac Book Pro 13 inch 2.26 processor, 2 GB memory. I'm posting just to let everyone know they should not worry too much about problems. I did back up before doing the upgrade using Super Duper for a mirror image on my external HD. Hoping you all enjoy a similar experience. JJP

System-wise, yes. Application-wise, no. There are some glitches with printers and Office 2004, off the top of my head.
