...Mr Hinch "shot the darn thing" when ctrl+alt+delete - the traditional method used to re-boot computers - "consistently did not work".... That's a PC command. (He initially tried to beat it to death with linguini, but it was a survivor, so he went extreme. )

Really? There's a penalty for shooting a Windows machine?

The penalty would be for unauthorized discharge of a gun. Shooting a Windows machine incurs a reward.

I just realized what happened. I figure that he called tech support but the "specialist" didn't speak English very well and what he meant to say was "BOOT the computer".

I just realized what happened. I figure that he called tech support but the "specialist" didn't speak English very well and what he meant to say was "BOOT the computer". "Death by Engrish?"
