Time Warner will give me $3 a month plus faster internet if I drop my .earthnet address. I have a name I want to keep, so I'd like to get a service that is relatively new.
Another site, MacInTouch, has a discussion going on this topic (scroll around and up from this link).
It sounds like FastMail might meet your needs. Not completely free (starts at $10 per YEAR), but for a little more you can keep your existing e-mail address. Check it out.
On a Mac since 1984. Currently: 24" M1 iMac, M2 Pro Mac mini with 27" BenQ monitor, M2 Macbook Air, MacOS 14.x; iPhones, iPods (yes, still) and iPads.
Thanks, Ira. Fastmail has a two month trial period, too. You have to sign up for the $20 a year plan to get a an ordinary word as your user name, it's $10 a year if it is something unique, so $20 a year is fine.
