Usage Data?

In: Settings/General/About/Diagnostics & Usage/Diagnostics & Usage Data/ there are numerous entries (well over 100).
When looking at a specific file, it appears to be a crash report of some type.
Can/should I clear these data, and if so, how? I cannot fine a delete or clear file option.

I have exactly 15 files in that location: 7 of the form "awdd_YYYY-MM-DD-NNN.consolidated.metriclog", 7 of the form "log-aggregated-YYYY-MM-DD-HHMMSS_PhoneName.plist.synced", and one of the form "LowMemory-YYYY-MM-DD-HHMMSS.plist.synced". The dates are all within the last week, suggesting that the phone is clearing them out automatically.
Things that may or may not differ between my setup and yours:
I let the phone automatically send diagnostic and usage information to Apple. (I considered the possibility that the information may be cleared after being sent. But the explanatory text suggests it's sent daily, so I don't know why I'd still have a week's worth.)
I manually back up my phone to my desktop computer once a week. This is in addition to the normal daily backup to iCloud. However, some of my files predate my last manual backup, so iTunes is probably not purging files as part of a backup. Again, I'm just thinking out loud.
iPhone 5, IOS 6.1.4.

Ganbustein,
Progress of sorts. I took your suggestion and set/changed the preference to "Automatically Send to Apple" and left my phone in Sleep overnight. This morning, I have 23 files. 'Twill be interesting to see what (if any) changes this evening brings.
More tomorrow…

Apparently, not all is sent to Apple. In my case, I have the same 23 files I had yesterday. Perhaps the sending is not done daily; maybe weekly. Or, perhaps some kinds of files are exempt [beats me].
I'll inquire when next I'm in the local Apple store.
