Change default time zone city?

On my iPhone 4S iOS 6.1.3, the Calendar app shows a default city in my time zone that is not where I live. Can I change the default city to my city? It is a recognized city, but is not the current default city.

I have to confess that I'm not familiar with IOS 6.x, but I wonder if you tried to change the default city. AFAICT that can't hurt, and I figure 'the worst' that can happen is that iOS won't recognize your home city.

Go to your Settings/General/Date & Time and change the Time Zone city. See if that does it?

The suggestion above is the solution, and depending on where you live, you may have to pick a larger city in the same time zone.
On a Mac since 1984. Currently: 24" M1 iMac, M2 Pro Mac mini with 27" BenQ monitor, M2 Macbook Air, MacOS 14.x; iPhones, iPods (yes, still) and iPads.

I tried it yesterday and it worked. I just haven't had a chance to say thanks until now. Thanks for the confirmation.
