I am having a problem that I can't find an answer to, even on the web or Apple site. When I try to delete messages from my bulk folder, I get this message: The IMAP command “UID COPY” (to Deleted Messages) failed for the mailbox “Bulk Mail” with server error: UID COPY Server error - Please try again later.

I ran Disk Utility. I quit Mail and reopened it. I have not rebuilt my mailbox, though I don't even see an option to do so. And, I am afraid of what that might do.

Any ideas?

Rita

Never mind. It decided to work again on its own. Sheesh!

"Server error" means the problem was on your ISP's server and had nothing to do with anything on your Mac. It went away because the ISP corrected the problem on their server.
