Caution:Tried to load the .DMG for the 10.7.3 Combo Update from the following website - TWICE. It "appeared" to download normally in about 15 minutes. http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/39487/apple-os-x-lionHowever, when I went to open it, I received a message: FILE NOT RECOGNIZED.

Have you tried to download it directly from Apple?

Expanding on Jon's suggestion, and noting further anomalies in MacUpdate's earlier handling of this update, I suggest bookmarking this Apple - Support - Downloads page, which by default lists Apple-produced "Mac OS and Software" downloads in chronological order, starting with the most recent.

Thanks to BOTH of you. The link(s) you provided gave a "glitch-free" download and install. Much appreciated. Note: About 15 minutes to download + another 15 to install. (2010 MBPro with Lion)

I just downloaded (onto a thumb drive) — as usual, via the Apple-Support-Downloads page — the 1+GB 10.7.3 Combo Update and then installed it on my iMac (2.5 GHz Intel Core i5) without incident ... although it did take about 10 minutes.
