Has anyone else notice that you click on your hardrive in the dock and sometimes it may actually take you to your clone hardrive? How does this happen?

It depends, I think, on how the hard drive icon ended up in the Dock in the first place. Did you put it there?

Tacit, yes, I put it there! I love it there for easy access, but it-- then in 6 months, it starts pointing to it's clone which is a disaster.

Yesterday, it even said main hardrive in the dock, and when I click on a folder from the pop up from the dock the inner folder was pointing to the clone backup folder!

Have you tried dragging the recalcitrant HD icon out of your Dock and restoring it?

(Just wondering whether you've restored your HD from your backup recently?)

I realize that my posts are not always as clear to others as they are to me, and if such is the case with my original post in this thread, please don't hesitate to ask for clarification.
