On a related note, there are debates whether the last dev seeds of Snow Leoprd and Snow Leopard Server are in fact the same as RTM. These have leaked all over the net, of course. The reports of an early release date have only helped lend credence to the position that they are, while certain perceived bugs seem to indicate they're not. Interesting stuff indeed!
