What does that second line with the word wrapper mean? Apps downloaded
Not all my apps are shown here, maybe because they don't have full access, I'm not sure.

MacBook Pro - M2, Ventura 13.6
Safari Tech Prev 17.0
Safari 16.6
Firefox 116.0.2
iPhone 7 Version 15.8

I've got the second one too, and since I've never had any idea what it is, I've had it turned off...with no repercussions. I just deleted it. (I just Googled it, and it relates to accessing your Mac remotely.)

No app winds up there on its own. When you launch a new app it directs you to Full Disk Access if it requires it.

Yes, the apps that show on there required me to slide them up to the top of that window for them to work. I thought it was because of the wrapper line.
