It’s interesting that scientists are working with drug companies across Europe and Asia in order to get sufficient doses out, as quickly as possible, if the vaccine is approved. However they haven’t reached agreement with a single American pharmaceutical because they all want exclusive worldwide rights. Translation: “We don’t care if hundreds of thousands of people have died from this disease, including 120,000 Americans, we’re not in unless we can make a pile of dough from it.”

I don't doubt in the least the pharmaceutical companies financial ambitions, but after the bridges with European countries that were burned by #45, payback's a bitch could also be in play here. crazy
