Setting up Mail.app with Growl notifications, but I'm finding that when IDLE (push support) is enabled on the IMAP account, Growl sends three notifications for every one incoming email. This is the same no matter what Mail.app plugin I use (GrowlMail, Herald, etc), so I assume it's an issue between Growl and how IDLE works.
Anybody encounter this and know of a workaround? Thanks
Looks like the same problem with Thunderbird, so gotta be a Growl + IDLE issue. Darn. I can't live without a desktop notifier, but tough choice to lose the instant push of IDLE...
