I'm looking for an application that will capture a screen shot as an animated GIF. GIPHY is highly recommended, but needs MacOS 10.12 minimum, and I am still running 10.10. Does anyone know of a similar application that will run on 10.10?

Grabie is "powered by Giphy" and runs on MacOS 10.10. Its a free download on the App Store so you might give it a try.
