Somehow the small window that lists the accounts has disappeared. It's the window in which you can see/hide old accounts et cetera.

I can't find anything in either the menu bar or the Help manual that provide an answer. Anyone help?

Try command-a keyboard combination or maybe under lists on the menu you will see accounts.
